Family Therapy — Intensive Container

This is family therapy designed for real life — not “one session a month and hope.” The Intensive Container gives your family a structured 6-month arc, with enough session capacity to respond to flare-ups, build new agreements, and stabilise the system while you’re still living inside it.

These 6-month Family Therapy Containers are priced to make consistent, high-quality support more accessible — without compromising the depth of the work.

For the intake appointments and the flexible session bank, this package is billed at $220 per hour (GST-free). If those same hours were booked at Cate’s standard $330 per hour, the difference is:

• Intensive Container: save $5,720 on the intake + flexible session hours (a 33% saving on those components)

Note: Parent Coaching sessions are delivered at Cate’s $330/hr rate (90 mins = $495) and are included as a dedicated leadership layer within the container.

• 4 × Intake (60 mins) @ $220 = $880

• 6 × Parent Coaching Sessions (90 mins) @ $495 = $2,970

• 48 × Flexible sessions (any family member can use them) @ $220 = $10,560
