Support your people with services that go beyond surface-level wellbeing.
The Rewilding Collective partners with practitioners, leaders and organisations to deliver trauma-informed workplace support, professional coaching, supervision, employee assistance, training and psychological rehabilitation services.
We support people and teams working in complex, high-responsibility and trauma-exposed environments to recover, reflect, lead and function well at work.
What We Offer:
-
Bespoke coaching for practitioners, leaders and professionals who are ready to expand their capacity, strengthen their decision-making and work with greater clarity, depth and discernment.
Professional coaching may support leadership development, role transition, workplace complexity, boundaries, burnout prevention and sustainable professional capacity.
Delivered by TRC’s in-house leadership coaches, including Querida Perina and Justine Humphreys.
-
Clinical supervision provides a structured reflective space for mental health clinicians to explore ethical issues, clinical complexity, scope of practice, risk, case formulation and sustainable practice.
This service is suited to clinicians seeking grounded strategies, sharper self-awareness and support to practise safely through increasing complexity.
Clinical supervision is delivered by Cate Vose, TRC’s Founder and Clinical Director.
-
TRC provides training for teams working in human services, disability, health, education, community, leadership and trauma-exposed settings.
Training can be tailored to the needs of the organisation and may include topics such as:
Preventing Moral Injury in Human Service Workers
Reflective Practice for NDIS Support Teams
Managing Burnout in Trauma-Exposed Workforces
Psychological Safety and Trauma-Informed Leadership
Supporting Neurodivergent Workers and Teams
-
TRC offers a more considered approach to employee wellbeing for organisations seeking support with depth, discretion and care.
With extensive team experience across trauma-exposed work, mental health, disability, leadership, crisis support and frontline service systems, we understand how burnout, moral injury and complex workplace stress can affect individuals and teams.
Our EAP approach is not a generic wellbeing add-on. We provide psychologically informed support that helps workers reflect, stabilise, recover and remain connected to sustainable practice.
-
TRC provides specialist support for people recovering from workplace psychological injury.
This may include trauma-informed support focused on restoring stability, confidence, functional capacity and meaningful participation in work where appropriate.
Our approach considers the person, the workplace context, the injury experience, recovery needs and the structures required for safe and sustainable return to work or role adjustment.
-
TRC offers curated retreats and wellbeing days for teams and organisations needing space for restoration, reflection, reconnection and strategic reset.
These experiences can be tailored to support team coherence, psychological safety, burnout prevention, leadership reflection and sustainable workplace culture.
How we work
TRC works with organisations that understand wellbeing is not solved by one-off inspiration or surface-level strategies.
Our corporate services are trauma-informed, reflective and practical. We pay attention to the individual, the team, the leadership context and the wider system people are working within.
We help organisations build clearer structures, safer conversations and more sustainable ways of supporting people through complexity.
Who we support
TRC may be a good fit for:
human service organisations
NDIS and disability providers
health and mental health teams
education and community service settings
leaders and managers carrying complex people responsibilities
practitioners working with trauma, grief, crisis, disability or high emotional load
teams experiencing burnout, moral injury, conflict, change fatigue or role strain
Support that understands the complexity of the work.
If your team, leaders or practitioners are carrying high emotional load, workplace complexity or trauma-exposed work, TRC can help you find a grounded way forward.
We will work with you to identify the right structure, pace and support pathway.
