Trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples and families seeking healing, insight and lasting change.
TRC supports people navigating complexity, trauma, relationships, identity, burnout, parenting, neurodivergence, emotional distress and life transitions.
Our work is grounded in whole-person care, clinical integrity and respect for each person’s pace, context and nervous system.
What We Offer:
-
Sometimes people come to therapy because something has reached a point where it can no longer be carried alone.
You may be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected, reactive, shut down, anxious, grieving, stuck, or unsure why life feels harder than it looks from the outside.
Individual therapy at TRC gives you a steady place to slow things down, make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, and begin rebuilding capacity from the inside out.
We work with the whole person, not just the presenting problem.

Relationships can carry a lot.
Sometimes couples come because communication has become painful. Sometimes there has been a rupture. Sometimes the love is still there, but the patterns are exhausting and nobody knows how to find their way back to each other.
Couples therapy at TRC creates a supported space to understand what is happening between you, strengthen communication, repair trust where possible, and build a more honest and sustainable way of relating.
This work is not about blame. It is about understanding the system you are both caught in, and finding new ways forward.

Families are living systems. When one person is struggling, the whole system often feels it.
At TRC, we work with the wider relational ecosystem, including family roles, nervous system patterns, communication loops, parenting pressures, identity, neurodivergence, trauma, grief and unmet needs.
Family therapy and parent coaching can help families slow down the conflict, understand what is really happening, and create more supportive ways of responding to each other.
This may involve parent coaching, family sessions, individual sessions for different family members, or a tailored combination of support.

Our groups are designed to offer thoughtful, trauma-informed spaces where people can learn, reflect, practise new ways of relating, and feel less alone in what they are carrying.
Please contact TRC if you would like to be notified when group programs become available.

Sometimes weekly therapy is not the right shape for the work.
TRC may offer tailored couples retreats, family therapy intensives or structured therapy containers where a deeper, more focused process is needed.
These options are developed carefully and are based on clinical fit, goals, timing, availability and safety considerations.
They are not suitable for every situation, so we begin with an enquiry and conversation about what is needed.
