Our Adult ADHD Assessments support individuals seeking greater clarity around attention, executive functioning, focus, impulsivity, and the ways these may be impacting daily life, work, relationships, or wellbeing.
This is family therapy designed for real life — not “one session a month and hope.” The Intensive Container gives your family a structured 6-month arc, with enough session capacity to respond to flare-ups, build new agreements, and stabilise the system while you’re still living inside it.
These 6-month Family Therapy Containers are priced to make consistent, high-quality support more accessible — without compromising the depth of the work.
For the intake appointments and the flexible session bank, this package is billed at $220 per hour (GST-free). If those same hours were booked at Cate’s standard $330 per hour, the difference is:
Intensive Container: save $5,720 on the intake + flexible session hours (a 33% saving on those components)
Note: Parent Coaching sessions are delivered at Cate’s $330/hr rate (90 mins = $495) and are included as a dedicated leadership layer within the container.

Our 6-Month Couples Container is for partners who can feel the edge: escalating conflict, emotional withdrawal, repeated rupture, or a growing sense that if something doesn’t change soon, the relationship won’t survive the season you’re in.

It’s a structured intervention.
This package is designed to offer a reduced fee in a structure that serves, exactly when you need it most. It comes with 24 flexible individual (60 min) sessions (4 per month) @ $220 = $5,280, plus 12 couples (90 min) sessions (1 per fortnight) = $3,960.
Total savings (based on Cate’s hourly rate of $330) are $4,620.
