Clarity, evidence, and compassionate assessment
Thoughtful, trauma-informed assessments designed to support understanding, access, and next steps.
Whether you are seeking NDIS evidence, diagnostic clarity, or a deeper understanding of your psychological profile, our reports and assessments are grounded in clinical rigour, holistic care, and respectful engagement.
At The Rewilding Collective, we offer professional reports and assessments that honour the full complexity of each person’s lived experience.
Our approach is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and grounded in both evidence and compassion. We look beyond symptoms alone to understand how emotional wellbeing, functional capacity, environment, identity, and support needs intersect in everyday life.
Each assessment is designed to provide clear, meaningful documentation that can support access, planning, treatment, and informed decision-making.

At TRC, our approach is trauma-informed. Meaning - we see you as the expert in your life, and we are here to support your process, not the other way around. Our assessment process is respectful, and grounded in the understanding that assessment processes can feel vulnerable or overwhelming. We aim to create a process that is clear, compassionate, and professionally held. Whether you would prefer to communicate via text, audio only, in person or video calls - we have an option to suit you.

Many adults with undiagnosed Autism Spectrum Disorder suffer with comorbid mental health concerns like depression, anxiety and mood disturbances. Gaining an understanding of your neurobiology can drastically alter the direction your life is going, and your self-awareness, self-esteem and goals for the future. If you aren’t sure, reach out to discuss with us - we are happy to help. (Our clinicians will not suggest a formal assessment if it appears to be of negligible benefit to you as an individual).
-
We are unable to provide assessments for children under 16 at this time.

We do not believe in reducing people to paperwork. Our intention is to create assessments that are clinically robust while still honouring the person behind the report. Our reports and assessments are:
Trauma-informed and participant-centred
Formulated by a multidisciplinary team - we will work with your medical and allied health providers
Neuro-affirming, gender affirming, queer-celebrating and respectful in approach
Holistic, nuanced assessment processes
Clear, professional documentation
Recommendations grounded in real-life needs and outcomes
