About The Rewilding Collective

Trauma-informed, neuroaffirming support for people, practitioners and organisations navigating complexity.

Perth | Dunsborough | Adelaide | Telehealth Australia-wide where appropriate

The Rewilding Collective is a multidisciplinary practice offering therapy, assessments, professional support and selected NDIS services.

We support individuals, couples, families, practitioners, teams and organisations to build clarity, capacity and more sustainable ways of moving through complexity.

Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, neuroaffirming practice, clinical integrity and respect for the whole person.

How we work

TRC works with complexity.

We do not focus only on surface-level symptom management or one part of a person’s story.

We pay attention to the nervous system, relationships, identity, environment, functional capacity, lived experience and the wider systems shaping a person’s life or work.

Our approach is careful, collaborative and paced. We aim to support people to understand what is happening, reduce shame, strengthen capacity and identify practical next steps.

Who we support

TRC supports:

  • individuals seeking therapy, assessment or personal clarity

  • couples and families navigating relational complexity

  • adults seeking ADHD, autism or psychological assessment

  • practitioners seeking supervision, coaching or professional support

  • teams and organisations carrying complex human work

  • NDIS participants seeking selected therapeutic, OT, psychosocial or assessment supports where appropriate

Our approach

Across our services, TRC aims to provide support that is:

  • trauma-informed

  • neuroaffirming

  • clinically grounded

  • respectful of identity, culture and lived experience

  • clear about scope, consent and boundaries

  • practical and focused on real-life functioning

  • steady, ethical and relationally safe

We do not promise simple answers to complex lives.

We do aim to offer thoughtful support that helps people and systems move with more clarity, care and coherence.

Finding the right pathway

TRC offers support across four main pathways:

Not sure where to start?

If you are unsure which service is right for you, you are welcome to contact us.

We will help you identify the most appropriate pathway, practitioner and pace for your needs.

If TRC is not the right fit, we will aim to communicate this clearly and respectfully.
